Our Story
In 2021, our founder Camille Campbell, then 17, a bestselling author since age 14 recognized by The New York Times and national book awards, started a nonprofit empowering young people through creative expression.
What began as Rising Poets Community quickly grew. The #PowerOfPoetry campaign was amplified by Amanda Gorman, Imaan Hammam, and Malia Baker to 6M+ people worldwide. "Her Poems" was adopted in 20+ US states. When war broke out in Ukraine, we raised funds to deliver books and art therapy to children across 14 frontline regions.
In 2026, Rising Poets Community became The Da Vinci League, expanding into AI literacy while continuing our commitment to creative expression and humanitarian impact.
